Satellite Maps have gone through many incarnations since forming in the mid-00s in Montreal’s Mile End underground music scene. Originally formed as a chamber-electronic-post rock quintet, the band is now based around the duo of members Adam Lipper (modular synths) and Gary Jansz (drums). Their focus is on instrumental electronic and krautrock music mixing modular synths and drums
